The deadline for submission of applications for refund are as follows:

Employers are hereby informed that as from 1st July 2025, whenever employers have been queried by the HRDC on their G3 application, time limits will be applicable for the submission of the missing documents and missing information which were required to be submitted together with their G3 Grant Application.
After verification of a G3 application, if it is found that a G3 application is incomplete, the following time frame will be given to employers to submit the missing documents and missing information:
a) A notification will be sent to employers on the online platform requesting them to submit the missing documents and information. Applicants will be given a period of one week from the notification to submit the requested documents and information.
b) Following the notification at (a) above, in case of non-submission of the missing documents and information, or submission of incomplete or inappropriate documents and information to HRDC, a first reminder will be sent to employers, giving them one week, to submit the requested documents and information.
c) In case an employer fails to submit the requested documents and information within the delay provided in the first reminder, a second and final reminder will be sent to the employers whereby they will be given a final delay of two weeks to submit all requested documents and information.
d) If an employer fails to submit the requested documents and information within the final delay of two weeks at (c) above, their G3 Application will be rejected by the HRDC and the employer will be notified of the rejection.
