The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) invites enterprises and industry associations to take advantage of two employer-focused initiatives designed to develop future talent while addressing workforce needs.
🔹 Graduate Training for Employment Scheme (GTES) – For training and placement of unemployed Degree/Diploma holders.
🔹 National Skills Development Programme (NSDP) – For training and placement of unemployed individuals with Diploma or lower
qualification.

🛠️ Develop and implement customised training programmes through a registered training institution of your choice.
💸 The HRDC funds eligible training expenses (subject to approved limits) and provides trainee stipends.
