Launched in March 2023, “ECONO-Biz – Engage to l’Entreprise pou vine Ecolo et Econome” is a project designed to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to enhance their productivity through the adoption of best practices, focusing on improving resource efficiency such as materials, energy and water, among others. This project allows participating enterprises to grow and achieve excellence in a green and circular economy and at the same time reduce wastage and save on costs.

ECONO-Biz is a collaborative project between the National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC), the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change and the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC).

A dissemination workshop to raise awareness on Green Productivity will be organised on 16 November 2023. The focus of the workshop will be to share the lessons learned from implementing green initiatives and to persuade other businesses to engage on a green productivity journey.
