  2. The licences are meant for courses up to Diploma level;
  3. The employer must submit the G1 application form to inform the HRDC of its intention to purchase the licence together with a quotation for the licence and its duration;
  4. The refund of the cost for the licence will be effected subject to successful completion of the courses and submission of relevant documents; and
  5. The refund will be subject to the annual grant ceiling of the employer and at the rate of refund, as appropriate.
  6. Refund will be subject to the annual grant ceiling of the employer and at the rate as appropriate.
