Registration of Employers/Enterprises under the NSDP

The HRDC is inviting employers/ enterprises to register under the National Skills Development Programme (NSDP) in order to benefit from the following incentives:

• Funding for training of young unemployed in technical skills that your organisation requires.
• Payment of a monthly stipend/allowance to trainees of Rs 6,000 for the duration of the training and placement not exceeding 1 year.

Employers can mount courses and choose registered training centres of their own choice in the following sectors:

• ICT
• Tourism and Hospitality
• Nursing and Paramedics
• Construction
• Manufacturing
• Financial Services
• Logistics
• Other Sectors
