Provision of Survey Data Collection Services: Call for Expression of Interest
The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) regularly conducts studies that help it in pursuing its functions. One such study is the Evaluation of Training in the Republic of Mauritius.
Objectives of the study.
The main aim of the study is to determine the relevance and effectiveness of training at enterprise level.
To achieve that aim, a number of specific objectives have been formulated as follows:
- To gauge the perception on training.
- To study the training systems in place.
- To determine the effectiveness of training.
- To measure the training culture.
- To measure the impact of training.
- To carry out a benchmarking of training institutions.
- To map the future perspectives of training.
In this context, the HRDC is hereby seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from team of consultants/firms having the necessary capabilities and experience for the provision of Survey Data Collection Services.
The required scope of services consists of the following tasks:
- Train interview team
- Sampling
- Conduct and supervise interviews
- Quality control
- Coding and Data entry
This EOI aims at listing potential individuals/firms who will be invited to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) exercise.
