Training on work ethics to improve performance and productivity in the public sector
Public trust in the integrity of the Government is paramount and complying with the set Code of Ethics is the first step in this process. Public officers need to know the basic principles and standards they are expected to apply to their work and where the boundaries of acceptable behaviour lie. Every team must demonstrate good work ethics and values to keep the performance of the Public Sector at its best.
In this vein the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) organised a three-day training programme on work ethics for HR managers and Senior Officials in the Public sector. The training was officially launched during a ceremony held on Thursday 27 June 2013 at HRDC, 4th Floor, NG Tower, Ebène.
