The Sectoral Skills Development Scheme (SSDS) is a scheme set up by the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) to help industry associations meet the skills development needs of their members. Under this scheme, association members can develop and implement specific skills development programmes based on common needs through a clustering approach.
The Skills Development Program in Insurance, initiated by the Insurers Association of Mauritius (IAM), is one of the training programmes being implemented under the SSDS.
In this context, the IAM is organising an official launching ceremony, which will be held as follows:
